Transportation Providers:
Paratransit Service contracts with over 50 transportation providers in the state of Washington. The number of vehicles these companies deploy varies from just 1 to over 30. Our sub contracted providers transport ambulatory clients as well as those using mobility aids such as a wheel chair. Transportation provider's rate sheets are used by our software and transportation specialists to to ensure the lowest cost most suitable transportation is provided.

Paratransit Services is the Broker for the State of Washington's Health Care Authority (HCA) in nine Western Washington counties.
The Broker schedules transportation services for eligible Medicaid clients by seeking the most cost effective means of transportation that meets the client's needs.
Rides are allocated on a "cost" basis. Therefore, there is no guarantee of any amount of work for the Subcontractor.
